Quinoa Porridge

Kochstar Pressure Cooker using 13psi/No.2

Natural release

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of washed Quinoa
  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • Handful dried Cranberries
  • Splash of cinnamon

Instructions:

Bring to high pressure, turn heat down and cook at high pressure for 1 minute and then do a natural release.  During cooking time caramelise 2 bananas with butter in Frypan when crispy and brown then throw in crush walnuts (about a handful) Then serve Quinoa, place on top ofthe Quinoa the caramelised banana with walnuts and a large dollop of yogurt of your choice (plain is lovely) and Enjoy!!
